"Room 1: The Devotion Experience. An opportunity to rekindle your love for each other," the ticket read.

Mandla peered over my shoulder. "What the fuck does that even mean?"

I frowned. "I don't know. Some sort of foreplay workshop? Or are we about to get graded on how well we fuck?"

"Best. Imagine a scoreboard."

I worried, even as my pulse quickened. "Maybe it's more like a guided intimacy thing. Proving we actually know what we're doing together before they move us on."

"Well, I imagine we're about to fuck in front of strangers," he muttered, though the smile on his face said he wasn't exactly complaining.

We left the villa soon enough and followed a paved path. By now, the full dark of night had fully settled, and the way was lit by candles and tall bamboo torches that flickered in the outside breeze.

The building wasn't much of a building at all, more of an open wooden structure. Wooden beams held up a thatched roof, and beneath it, a spacious open area lay before us, with smooth timber floors scattered with rugs and cushions. Lamps hung from the beams, casting a warm glow over everything.

The space was empty, except for a woman standing near the centre. She greeted us with a confident smile.

She was taller than us, and her smile was pure provocation. A sheer beige gown pressed against her deep brown skin, tracing the exact shape of her body. Her long legs were bare to the thigh.

"Good evening, sir, madam," she greeted warmly.

"Good evening," Mandla replied. "Uh... are we in the right place?"
