- Do I really get two whole stories for free?
- Yes. Chapter 1 of every story is open to everyone with no login at all. Your first story is free from start to finish once you sign in, and your second one is free too. Payment only comes up on your third story.
- What is the difference between R29 and R55?
- R29 — down from R89 — unlocks one story for good: you own it and can re-read it whenever you like. R55 a month unlocks every story on the site, including new chapters as they publish. If you read more than one story a month, the membership is cheaper.
- Can I cancel the subscription?
- Any time, from your account page. There is no lock-in and no cancellation fee. You keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for.
- What if I don't like it?
- Cancel within 7 days and we refund you in full, straight back to your card. No forms and no explaining yourself. If you would rather just say so to a person, the contact page works too.
- How do I pay?
- Through PayFast, South Africa's payment gateway. Card, Instant EFT, SnapScan and other local methods are supported. We never see or store your card details.
- Do I need to install anything?
- There is nothing to download from an app store. Your second free story does ask you to add No Safe Word to your phone's home screen first — it takes a few seconds and it is how we keep the second story free. If your browser cannot do it, there is a 'continue in browser' option so you are never locked out.
