CHAPTER 3: THE WALL
I woke up a short time later, lying in the unfamiliar daybed, curled up beneath a cotton towel that did nothing to chase away the chill of the early-summer night air. It took all of two seconds before I started to panic.
Itumeleng didn't spend much time talking to me, so I doubt that he would remember if I was slurring my speech or not. Damn, he would smell alcohol on my breath if I had been drinking. After all, he had licked every inch of my mouth.
I'd awoken when Itumeleng first left the bed. With him snuggled up to my back, I barely felt the chill, but with him gone and nothing more than a damp towel to cover me, I quickly started to grow cold.
I was feeling awkward enough not to ask Itumeleng where he was going. He probably wanted to get away from me as fast as he could. He must be having the same regrets that I did. So I just lay there, playing possum and pretending to still be asleep.
What the hell was I supposed to do next? I wasn't the type of woman who lived fantasies, not even when it was handed to her on a silver platter. The only way I finally convinced myself that this was no fantasy was the fact that I was watching a naked Itumeleng walk to his back door as I lay butt-naked in the outdoor daybed. My nether lips still felt swollen from Itumeleng's impressive girth.

What happened next is the reason this story exists.
